some get their weather report from their favorite news station, others look it up online, and some read the newspaper. Some people check their cellphone, or use a liquid barometer, and some just feel it in their joints.
I use a system called the grapevine forecast. If you ask enough people (or usually they share without you asking) I am able to get the gist.
